Our History and Philosophy

Overtime Building Maintenance, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Timothy Finnerty, a former West Palm Beach police officer, who started cleaning commercial office spaces at night to supplement his daytime income. Over the years, the company grew, and in 1992, Timothy Finnerty incorporated the company. In 1996, Chrisanne Finnerty joined the company, bringing administrative, operational, training, and marketing skills that furthered the company's growing success. In 2011, Chrisanne Finnerty incorporated Overtime Building Maintenance, Inc. as a woman-owned business, which has been providing janitorial and office maintenance services in South Florida for nearly three decades.
