As a Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services certified Personal Care Provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional care for those in need of personal care, homemaker, and respite services.

Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals, with a wealth of experience in the health care industry. Our founder, Staci Grattan, brings over 10 years of knowledge from her previous tenure at a federally licensed Medicare-certified agency. Her genuine passion for providing invaluable care led her to establish Grattan HealthCare in 2001, with the mission of creating a unique and reliable in-home care experience for clients and their families.

At Grattan HealthCare, we recognize and value the crucial role of Personal Care Attendants in our organization. We actively seek out and expand our network of talented and compassionate individuals, providing them with outstanding working conditions and competitive compensation packages, including overtime wages. Our team comprises over 150 Personal Care Attendants, trained and skilled in offering the highest standard of care to our clients.

• Personal Care Services: Our Personal Care Assistance program is thoughtfully designed to provide essential support for individuals in need of help with day-to-day tasks to maintain independence in their own homes. This program includes assistance with personal hygiene, medication reminders, and mobility support.
• Homemaker Services: Grattan HealthCare's homemaking services focus on light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment. These services enable individuals to remain in their homes longer and maintain their independence.
• Respite Care: Respite care services provide caregivers and families with essential breaks, while ensuring their loved ones are in a secure and nurturing environment. Enabling families to re-energize and re-focus, our respite care options cater to the unique needs of each family and individual we serve.
• Qualified Professional Supervision: At Grattan HealthCare, our qualified professionals supervise Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services and coordinate care between clients, their caregivers, and our PCAs. Our focus on ongoing training and development ensures our personnel remain up-to-date with the needs of their patients, delivering the highest quality of care.
