Our Story
I'm thrilled to share my story with you, as it has been a winding path that has led me to where I am today. Growing up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I discovered my passion for cooking while studying with Chef Dan Perlman at Casa Saltshaker. My culinary journey took me to New York City, where I graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education (Natural Gourmet Institute) and went on to work at renowned restaurants like Pure Food and Wine, One Lucky Duck, and Sweet by Jana. My certifications from Cornell University's Plant-Based Nutrition program and the Institute of Culinary Education (Natural Gourmet Institute) have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to create revolutionary plant-based treats.
