Our Data Policy

At Centex Computers, we take data protection very seriously. Our data policy for repairs requires that you, the customer, are responsible for backing up your own data. While we will never format or delete data without letting you know first, we cannot be held liable for data lost while attempting repairs. If you don't have a backup, please ask us about our data backup services.

Our Location and Hours

We are located in downtown New Braunfels, Texas, off the main plaza next to the UPS store and across the street from Naeglin's Bakery. Our hours are Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. We also offer Saturday drop-offs at the UPS store.
