Maintenance Issues
Select Property Management (SPM) has faced numerous maintenance issues with at least two tenants. Andrew Gelwicks, who rated his experience with SPM as 1 star, reported a mouse infestation that persisted for almost 6 months before an exterminator was finally sent.
