We are Rick and Vickie Silbaugh, local owners of the oceanfront condo, Hilton Head Breakers #240, which we proudly offer for vacation rentals. Our rental property is located in one of the most desirable and convenient locations on the island, the South End of Hilton Head Island on 4 North Forest Beach Drive.

As local owners, we take great pride in ensuring that our oceanfront condo is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Our personal approach allows us to provide exceptional customer service, and we are always available to assist our guests with any questions or concerns they may have during their stay.

Our Oceanfront Condo

Hilton Head Breakers #240 is a true direct oceanfront, private end unit condo with one of the best views Hilton Head Island has to offer. With a breathtaking, panoramic view of the beach and ocean, you will enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. The oceanfront balcony, equipped with a bistro table and stools, makes your stay all the more enjoyable.

Our renovated condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including central air, washer, dryer, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, microwave convection oven, stove top, Sony LCD widescreen TVs, DVD players, dishwasher, garbage disposal, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, cooking utensils, and more. We provide bed linens, and the only thing you need to bring are your bath towels and washcloths. If you are traveling by plane, we can provide bath towels and washcloths upon request.

Our rental agreement explains our policies, and we accommodate a maximum of two occupants. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and beach chairs are included in your rental.

Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers

Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers is a small, quiet complex with only 120 units, making it the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. During your stay, you will enjoy one of Hilton Head Islands' widest beaches and most desirable, convenient locations. You may not need to use or move your car, as dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and attractions are within walking distance.

Right across the street at Coligny Plaza, you will find quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater, and bakery. Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers has a large oceanfront pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. There are two pools, one for adults and a kiddie pool for the little ones. The pool is heated until warm weather takes over. A boardwalk provides easy access to the beach. Complex also offers parking and security.
