Capabilities

KrisDee & Associates specializes in low volume, high mix horizontal and vertical CNC milling. The company's state-of-the-art facility features a 75-pallet, four-machine FMS (Flexible Machining System) that provides maximum spindle utilization and reduces setups, enabling better cost control on low volume products. This cell also enables KrisDee to service its customers' needs for both production and aftermarket requirements, with all four Makino A51 machines in this cell able to run lights-out.

In addition to its milling capabilities, KrisDee & Associates offers precision machining of castings, forgings, extrusions, and plate. The company's large investment in modern, high-speed, CNC machining centers allows it to provide complex, precision-machined components of the highest quality.
