BEM CNC Precision CNC Machining is a full-service facility that has been in operation since 1994. We are ISO certified and specialize in Precision CNC Milling and Turning. Our mission is to manufacture quality products using the latest technology and the knowledge of our experienced employees. We provide engineering assistance to our customers and strive to deliver the best services in the industry.

Our services include CNC Milling with Vertical and Horizontal capabilities, 3D Surfaces with 3, 4, and simultaneous 5-Axis CNC Turning, and secondary finishing operations. We also offer engineering support from initial concept through delivery, material sourcing for standard and exotic metals and plastics, and complete inspection room facilities.

Machining Services and Capabilities

Our CNC Milling department is equipped with 22 machines, including 5-Axis Matsuura MX-330 and MX-520 milling centers, Horizontal Milling Centers, and Vertical Milling Centers from HAAS and KITAMURA. The CNC Turning department has 22 machines, including 5 DMG-MORISEIKI Turn/Mill Centers, 2 Takisawa Turn/Mill Centers, and 9 Doosan Turn/Mill Centers.
