Our neurodiversity-affirming approach helps organizations understand and support diverse needs, fostering a more inclusive environment. We work with schools, agencies, and community organizations to provide independent education evaluations, vocational rehabilitation services, and tailored support.

Dr. Sara E. O'Neil Woods is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in comprehensive assessments across the lifespan. She specializes in autism, ADHD, and related differences, with a focus on neurodiversity-affirming approaches. Dr. Woods has published articles on autism, parenting, reading, and emotion regulation, and her research interests include neurodiversity-affirming autism assessment, emotion socialization, and effective communication of diagnoses.
