  • Outpatient Counseling and Psychotherapy (for Adult Community Members and Veterans): Our skilled therapists provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling services, using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy. We work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Medication/Prescription Management (for Adult Community Members, Veterans, Children, Developmentally-Disabled): Our psychiatrists provide comprehensive medication management services, using a collaborative and holistic approach. We work closely with you and your therapist to develop a medication plan that is safe, effective, and tailored to your needs. We also provide medication consultations for clients who are taking medication prescribed by another provider.

Accessible and Convenient Locations: Serving Clients Across Western Washington

Mental Health Professionals, LLC has two physical locations in Shelton and Bremerton, and we serve clients across western Washington. Our Shelton location offers psychiatric and counseling services, while our Bremerton location provides counseling and psychotherapy services. Both locations are easily accessible by public transportation, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Insurance and Payment: Making Mental Health Care Affordable and Accessible

Mental Health Professionals, LLC accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including Apple Health (Medicaid), ChampVA, Tricare, TriWest (VA Choice), Uniform Medical Plans (UMP), and many others. We also offer private pay appointments for clients who do not have insurance or who prefer to pay out-of-pocket. Our team can help you navigate the insurance and payment process, so you can focus on your mental health and well-being.
