Our CEO, William Troutman, and his wife Sherri (CFO), have been in the industry since 2005. William, a nationally certified home inspector, and licensed training and continuing education instructor, has always been passionate about raising the bar of minimal standards for home inspectors. With his experience as a self-employed professional remodeler and connections with real estate and lending professionals, he saw the need for knowledgeable and professional inspectors in the area.
