If you're not completely satisfied with our services, we'll refund the inspection fee and pay for another licensed inspector of your choice to conduct a re-inspection. Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Joseph Wrubel, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and over 35 years of experience in home building, remodeling, and residential inspections. Joseph is dedicated to providing exceptional service and is committed to making sure you have a positive experience.

Our Operations Manager, Kim Wrubel, has worked in the accounting field for most of her adult life and brings a wealth of knowledge to our office management. Kim loves spending time with her husband, children, and five grandchildren.

Alyson Scharf, our Client Care Coordinator, spent most of her career in the human resources office for a local manufacturing company in New Albany. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and eight grandchildren.

Dylan McRea, one of our home inspectors, is a 23-year-old from Lanesville, Indiana. When not inspecting homes, you can find him hunting, fishing, or exploring the outdoors. Dylan has performed over 450 inspections in his first year alone!
