River's Edge Garden Center has been the local "go to" garden center for 66 years now. We take great pride in our products and personalized customer service and have seen generation after generation come to visit and shop. Our products are primarily grown ourselves or bought from local quality growers that we have worked with for years.
Our Story
Our history dates back to the 1950s when Donna and Howard Porter bought a home with a little greenhouse in the back. This was the official start of River's Edge Greenhouse. Donna ran the garden center, with the help of her husband Howard, who also ran his own plumbing business. Over the years, our business has grown, and we have made many wonderful additions to our garden center. Today, River's Edge is owned and operated by Howard and Donna's daughter, Jenna, who joined the team full time in 1999.
