Our Vision and Team

The brainchild of Owner/Executive Chef William Lawson, Mimi's Table is fueled by a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience. Joined by his wife and partner, Holly, the team is dedicated to offering exceptional service, delicious food, and curated wine selections. The restaurant boasts a talented and passionate staff who are committed to making every visit memorable.

From mouthwatering share plates like meticulously crafted charcuterie boards and garden-fresh salads to diverse entree offerings, Mimi's Table's culinary expertise shines. Chef William Lawson's culinary prowess is evident in the restaurant's homemade rosemary focaccia, soups, pastas, and delectable desserts.

Wine & Atmosphere

Complementing the delicious food is a curated selection of 50 wines from 10 countries, alongside a variety of import and domestic beers, sangria, port, and infused wine spritzers.
