The Kenosha Kennel Club has been an integral part of the community since March 1969. As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to advancing purebred dogs and promoting sportsmanlike competition at dog shows and obedience trials. Our mission extends to training dogs of all breeds, ensuring they become well-balanced and well-mannered companions. We achieve this through an annual dog show held in September, year-round training classes, and a breeders directory. Additionally, we conduct Canine Good Citizen tests and host educational seminars.Our members actively participate in demonstrations, expos, and charity events, offering obedience demonstrations to diverse groups. Located on 85th Street in Kenosha, our training facility welcomes visitors Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings between 6:30 and 9:00 p.m. Our team of experienced instructors is committed to providing personalized training experiences tailored to each dog and handler.

Annual Dog Show
Our annual all-breed dog show features 950-1,000 entries across over 100 breeds. Held at the Lake County Fairgrounds in Grayslake, IL, the event includes judging from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and vendor booths offering dog-related supplies, food, and merchandise.
Therapy Dog Group
Our therapy dog group visits local shelters, nursing homes, and hospitals to provide companionship and support. Members conduct obedience demonstrations and educate the public on dog-related topics, fostering community connections through trained therapy animals.
Canine Good Citizen Tests
