As a non-profit organization, Clayton Valley Parent Preschool (CVPP) has been serving the community for over 30 years, providing a unique play-based preschool experience for children from 2.5 years old to 6 years old. Our dedication to early childhood education is rooted in our commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Our Philosophy

At CVPP, we believe that play is an essential component of early childhood education. Our approach is centered around the idea that children learn best through play, exploration, and discovery. Our skilled and dedicated teachers, led by our experienced director, Tacha Uriarte, work closely with parents to create a supportive and stimulating environment that encourages children to develop physically, cognitively, emotionally, and socially.

Our Programs

We offer two primary programs: Preschool and Pre-K. Our Preschool Program is designed for children aged 2.5 years old to 4 years old, while our Pre-K Program is tailored for children aged 4 years old to 6 years old. Both programs are designed to meet the unique developmental needs of each child.

Teacher 'Tacha and Our Teaching Team

Our team of educators is dedicated to providing a high-quality educational experience for our children. Our director, Tacha Uriarte, has over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and has a Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development. Our teachers are passionate about play-based learning and work collaboratively to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to each child's individual needs.

Parent Involvement

We believe that parental involvement is crucial to a child's success. As a cooperative preschool, we encourage parents to participate in various ways, including:
