Bob Seaton, the founder of Monogram Homes, began his journey as a plumbing apprentice and later moved on to carpentry, working for custom home builder Jim Paul. After working for various other companies, Bob realized he had a new vision for what true custom home building meant. He turned his dream into a reality by establishing Monogram Homes, a company where homeowners are treated as individuals and not just monthly numbers.

Deena Seaton, the Administrative Manager at Monogram Homes, is a licensed Title Agent with over two decades of experience in mortgage and title work. Deena's expertise in the industry allows her to provide exceptional customer service and support to Monogram Homes' clients.
