Brexton LLC is a highly experienced team of professionals dedicated to commercial real estate development and construction. Since opening its doors in 2001, we have been providing our clients with top-quality services including site selection, zoning/entitlements, design coordination, financing, construction, and property management upon completion.

Our company mission states, "First, to serve God in all that we do, while providing the best possible service, with absolute integrity and honesty, including the most quality and value, for our clients, employees, and investors." This mission guides us in everything we do, from managing the entire process to ensure quality, value, and timeliness to serving our clients with absolute integrity and honesty.

Our focus is on development and construction projects in the $2 to $25 million-dollar range. Our portfolio includes projects from around the United States - Arizona, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Texas, and West Virginia. Our projects include all types of commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, education, and worship.

We exist to provide opportunities for individuals to express aspects of their God-given identities in creative and meaningful work, while providing goods and services that will enable the communities we serve to flourish. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities we serve and to providing the best possible service to our clients.

Our Team

Our team is led by President and CEO Mary Beatty, who has gained her vast knowledge in the construction and development field from her father, Tim Galvin, Brexton's Founder and Visionary. Mary has been awarded the prestigious Women-Owned Business Enterprise Certificate (WBE) and was elected the first female to serve on the Central Ohio AGC Board in 2020. She continues to mentor the next generation by hiring interns from The Ohio State University.

Alongside Mary, our team includes Tim Galvin, the Founder and Visionary; Pat Galvin, the Director of Marketing/Principal; Joseph Beatty, the Vice President of Real Estate; Elizabeth Morris, the VP Business Development; and Liana Daubner, the Controller. Each member of our team brings their unique skills and expertise to ensure that every project is completed with quality, value, and timeliness.
