Jzanus Home Care has been a trusted provider of home care services to families in the Long Island and NYC area for over 30 years. With a rich history of compassionate care, Jzanus Home Care has expanded from its first location in Floral Park, New York, to three locations across Long Island and NYC. Our newest location in Forest Hills, New York, provides easy access for families in the Five Boroughs, while our Holbrook, New York, location continues to serve the Suffolk County community.

Our Services

Jzanus Home Care offers a wide range of services designed to meet the individual needs of each client. Our services include:

• CDPAP: Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) allows eligible individuals to hire their own caregivers, including family members, to provide home care services. Jzanus Home Care offers CDPAP services to help families navigate the enrollment process and manage the care of their loved ones.

• Homemaker & Housekeeping Services: Our homemaker and housekeeping services help clients maintain a clean and safe home environment. Our caregivers can assist with laundry, cleaning, disinfection, and meal preparation.

• Companion Care Services: Our companion care services provide companionship and emotional support to clients who may feel lonely or isolated. Our caregivers can engage in activities such as reading, crafts, and conversation.

• Personal Care Aides: Our personal care aides provide hands-on assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. They can also assist with mobility and transferring.

• Respite Care: Our respite care services provide temporary relief for family caregivers. Our caregivers can provide care for a few hours or a few days, allowing family caregivers to take a break and recharge.

• Home Health Aides: Our home health aides provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the client's home. They can assist with medication management, wound care, and other medical needs.
