As a group private practice located in the Boston area, we are dedicated to providing personalized nutrition therapy and counseling services to individuals struggling with digestive health issues and eating disorders.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and well-being by providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to explore their relationship with food. Our team of experienced registered dietitian nutritionists works closely with each client to develop a customized plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or seeking to develop a healthier relationship with food, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Our Services

At Dear Nutrition, we offer a range of services designed to support your health and well-being. Our nutrition counseling services focus on providing personalized guidance and support to help you manage digestive health issues, including IBS, IBD, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, gastroparesis, reflux/GERD, celiac disease, eosinophilic esophagitis, mast cell activation disorder/histamine intolerance, and POTS. We also offer specialized services for individuals struggling with eating disorders, including intuitive eating and nutrition counseling to develop a healthier relationship with food.

How We Work

During your initial session, which lasts about 60 minutes, one of our experienced dietitians will guide you through a review of your health history and nutritional goals. We will then work with you to develop a sustainable plan tailored to fit your personal objectives. Follow-up appointments, which last 50 minutes, will allow us to review your progress and collaborate on next steps. We accept most major insurance plans, and all appointments are currently conducted via Telehealth.
