- Mike Bellino: President and CEO, Mike has years of experience in the Real Estate industry and has a comprehensive knowledge of State and Local Compliance, credit checks, Section 8, and Project Management.
- Marc Bellino: CFO, Marc graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University and has a BS in Accounting and a BS in Decision Information Technology (DIT). He co-founded Hudson PM with Mike and is responsible for streamlining the property management business and offering clients 100% transparency of their property's finances.

Rental Experience Issues
Multiple reviewers have reported negative experiences with Hudson Homes, citing issues with maintenance, utilities, and customer service.
Maintenance and Repairs
Several reviewers mentioned that maintenance issues take weeks or even months to resolve, and that the company lies and overcharges on utilities. One reviewer had water pressure issues that remained unresolved for five months, and another had a deck that started to collapse, but the company failed to send someone to fix it.
Utilities and Billing
Reviewers reported being charged excessively for utilities, with one reviewer being billed over $800 for electricity despite only owing $150. The company uses a third-party billing company, Yes Energy, which has been accused of being a scam.
