Electricity rates are metered monthly with a $200 refundable deposit required for new tenants. Proper GFCI receptacles are recommended to protect electrical systems while maintaining safety standards.

Two coin-operated laundry facilities provide convenient washing and drying options for residents. Located strategically within the park, these clean, modern facilities include commercial-grade machines and are maintained regularly to ensure optimal functionality for long-term and temporary guests.
