We are only 15 minutes from the towns of Lake Jackson, Clute, Surfside Beach, the Gulf of Mexico, and are only 45 minutes from Galveston and Houston. Our RV park is close to many plants that are experiencing rapid growth, such as DOW Chemical, Olin, BASF, Phillips 66, and Freeport LNG. Our Rules

At Live Oak RV Park, we believe that our guests are considerate, sincere, and helpful people with great common sense. However, we have included some rules to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and safe community for our guests. Our prices are based on two occupants, and additional occupants over the age of 12 are permitted with management approval and will be charged an additional fee. Visitors are permitted up to three days a month, and visitors desiring to stay beyond three days are permitted with management approval and will be charged an additional fee.
