• Horizontal Boring & CNC Horizontal Boring: As a machined parts supplier, we use superior horizontal boring capabilities that allow us to work with various materials, from standard metals to plastics. Our boring machines have a common work envelope and capacity of 120" x 152" x 70" and 5-axis, enabling us to achieve even the most complex parts while ensuring the result is perfect.
• Horizontal, Vertical & CNC Turning: We have 3- and 4-axis equipment considered one of the largest in any company. Our CNC machining service pushes the material to its limit regarding size, shape, and complexity. We also have an extensive range of horizontal, vertical, and CNC lathes that allows us to turn parts up to 152" in diameter and 240" in length with tight.001" tolerances.
• Planner Milling & CNC Vertical Milling: We have the equipment and tools to produce accurate flat surfaces and cutting slots. We also offer exceptional CNC vertical milling services, which are cheaper than horizontal CNC milling operations or techniques. These manufacturing processes are ideal for short runs and small parts.
• Secondary Services: Apart from our fabrication services, we also have experience in assembly work. We can repair several components, such as bushes, bearings, and more. Our team of expert welders employs MIG and TIG welding operations. We also have 100-400 ton hydraulic presses capable of fast, accurate, and repeatable raw or worked materials straightening.
• Heat Treating Services, Abrasive Blasting Services, and Welding Services: We provide heat treating services, abrasive blasting services, and welding services to ensure that the final product meets the client's specifications.
• Kitting & Assembly, Quality Control, ISO 9001:2015 Certification, CMM Measurement & Inspection Services: We offer kitting and assembly services, quality control, ISO 9001:2015 certification, and CMM measurement & inspection services to ensure that the final product is of high quality and meets the industry standards.
