What started as a one-man operation performing magnetic particle examinations on parts for the U.S. Government has grown into a comprehensive service provider, offering a wide range of metal finishing, coating, and non-destructive testing processes. Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to meet the specific needs of our customers. Our metal finishing processes improve the surface finish of materials, enhancing their performance in specific environments, abrasion resistance, color dyes, and more. Our coatings division features a wide variety of coating types, aimed at upgrading the surface properties of materials, including appearance, adhesion, wetability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance. Our non-destructive testing (NDT) services provide valuable insights into the properties of materials without disassembly or dissection, while our welding services utilize Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) to melt and fuse together two items using the heat of an electric arc. Additionally, our surface enhancement division offers shot peening, and our part marking process includes electrochemical etch, laser marking, silkscreen, fill, rubber stamp, and vibro peen.
