Our team of specialists, including physiatrists, is dedicated to helping patients develop mobility, strength, balance, activities of daily living, problem-solving, swallowing, speech, memory, and leisure. We strive to restore physical ability to the greatest degree possible.

Our practice was founded in 1996 and has since achieved AANEM Electrodiagnostic Laboratory Accreditation with exemplary status. We are proud to have a team of experienced physicians who excel in working with patients and their families to ensure they reach their goals after illness or injury. Our doctors are skilled in evaluating patients for adaptive equipment, braces, artificial limbs, and procedures such as botulinum toxin injections for spasticity. They also have extensive experience in recommending therapeutic exercise programs to alleviate pain and promote improved function.

We offer a range of services including electrodiagnostic testing to accurately diagnose muscle and nerve disorders. Our doctors are board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) and electrodiagnostic medicine. They have specialized interests in conservative management of back and neck pain, electrodiagnosis, stroke and brain injury rehab, and spasticity management.

Our physicians include Dr. Ali G. Ganjei, who serves as Medical Director of the Inova Spine Institute and leads the Inova Health Systems Rehabilitation Services. Dr. Sea Hun Kim, who has a clinical interest in conservative spine care and stroke and brain injury rehab. Dr. Kevin F. Fitzpatrick, who specializes in electrodiagnosis, non-operative spine care, and neuromuscular diseases. Lastly, Dr. Peter Wei, who has expertise in musculoskeletal medicine and neuromuscular diseases.
