Ian Robertson, our team leader, was born and raised in Albany County and has spent his whole life in the Capital District. His extensive experience in inspecting homes, building, and surveying, combined with his hands-on experience from a young age, makes him uniquely qualified to provide expert home inspections. • Home Inspections: We provide thorough and detailed home inspections for buyers and sellers that cover your home from roof to foundation.
• WDI Inspections: A WDI (wood destroying insect) inspection is included with all of our home inspections, which includes termite, carpenter ant, and more.
• Radon & Well Testing: We professionally test homes for radon in the Capital District and also conduct well yield testing as well as water purity testing.
