Our Inspection Services

Our inspection services are designed to give you a complete understanding of your home's condition. We provide a thorough inspection of all major systems and components, including the roof, exterior, foundation, structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and insulation. We also offer specialized inspections for wood-destroying organisms, radon gas, and well water testing.

Our inspection reports are clear, easy-to-understand, and include full-color photos to help you understand the condition of your home. We deliver our reports electronically on the same day as your inspection, allowing you to quickly and easily review the information and make informed decisions.

Vivid's Inspection Package

Our standard inspection package includes a home inspection, wood-destroying insect inspection, and mold inspection. This comprehensive inspection typically takes 2 hours and includes a detailed report with full-color images. We also offer additional services, such as radon gas testing, well functionality testing, and other water testing services.

Pricing and Fees

Our standard inspection package is priced at $425 for single-family homes less than 2000 square feet. We offer tiered pricing for larger homes and additional fees for homes located in counties outside of Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, and Southern Saratoga. Additional services, such as radon gas testing and water testing, are priced separately.
