Our Mission

Our mission is to bring the beauty of dance to anyone who desires to learn, experience, and ultimately express with it. We aim to create a truly American style of ballet that is born of an unquenchable belief in the power of the human spirit. We believe that anyone can become a great dancer, regardless of their physical limitations or background.

The Cradle Method

At the heart of our approach is the Cradle Method, a unique technique that emphasizes a heightened awareness of skeletal alignment, allowing each dancer to move freely within their own body structure. This approach greatly reduces the risk of injury and produces a style of dance that is free from the constraints of an imposed, artificial form.

Our Company

Our company is led by Artistic Director and Ballet Master John C. Welch, a renowned dancer and choreographer with a wealth of experience in classical and contemporary dance. Our artistic team is comprised of talented dancers who are committed to their craft and dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of dance.

Ensemble of Soloists

Our ensemble of soloists is a talented group of dancers who are trained extensively in the Cradle Method. They not only perform with the company but also serve as teaching artists at our School of Dance and community ambassadors for our outreach programs.
