Unprofessional Service
The experience with Steve Barr was extremely unprofessional. He was not attentive, showed no interest in being proactive, and failed to provide adequate communication. He even hung up on the client, claiming he had other things to do. This lack of professionalism led to a stressful situation for the client, who ultimately had to pay $7000 in taxes.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Mr. Wachter was extremely helpful and professional. He answered all questions, provided additional input, and was empathetic to the clients' needs. Eric, another accountant, was also praised for his excellent communication skills and ability to explain options in a clear and concise manner.
