Our Story

I've always wanted to help small businesses succeed. Working on the inside of one small business at a time, all my life, was OK, until I went to college as an adult student with a family, and discovered Accounting. I love Accounting! ( I know, you don't need to say anything.) But then I realized I had a way to really assist small business owners who struggled with what I found to be really bad bookkeepers, and over-charging and incompetent payroll services. I've built a business out of being that "money man" for local small businesses.

Local Payroll: Issue payroll on time. Be in compliance! You get the absolute easiest way to pay your employees. Most online payroll services make you log into a website, and you do the data entry. Not us. With our full-service payroll, you hardly have to lift a finger. Just send us the hours, and your work is done! We handle everything else: checks, direct deposits, retirement, healthcare, and garnishment withholding and remittance, tax payments, quarterly forms, reports, W2's. We offer payroll packages for seasonal employers, too!

Expert Bookkeeping: Books need some help? Want more time to focus on your core business? We are here to help. We provide monthly journal entries and reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and lines of credit. We file and remit sales tax and pay your contract workers, and issue 1099s. We manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. We enter and code bills. We offer bill payment. We can make sure the invoicing of your customers and clients is current. Your monthly financial statements will be correct so you can make informed business decisions throughout the year. At year-end, your reports will be smooth so the CPA doesn't have to fix your books at their fee rate.

Quickbooks Setup: The built-in setup procedures in QuickBooks is rudimentary at best. QuickBooks can do SO much.
