Our Services

In our shop, we can perform repairs and upgrades, including cleanup, hardware repair, and upgrades. We also provide on-site services for networking, printer setup, and database server configurations. Additionally, our remote assistance can help with a range of issues, from troubleshooting connectivity problems to installing software and peripherals.
In-Shop Services
Most of the repairs and upgrades we do to computers require them to come into our shop, where we have the proper tools and work areas to perform the work safely and correctly. Our in-shop services include cleanup, hardware repair, and upgrades. For example, we can run scans and remove problematic software manually to get your computer back up to speed. We also handle common hardware failures such as defective hard drives, failed memory modules, and blown power supplies.
On-Site Services
For certain kinds of problems and setups, we offer on-site service. This includes networking troubleshooting, setting up and maintaining windows file sharing, setting up wifi, and installing database servers. Our technicians are equipped to handle these services efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily activities.
Remote Assistance
There are certain problems that we can solve via remote assistance, which saves you money and prevents you from having to bring your computer into the shop. If you can browse to a website, download a file, and run it, then you have the skills needed to help us remote into your computer and take care of the problem. This includes troubleshooting connectivity issues, setting up printers, and installing software and peripherals.
