My Pro Wireless was founded with a simple goal in mind: to provide high-quality, fast, and affordable repair services to our customers. Our story began in the trunk of a 2007 Honda Civic, where we started selling accessories on Facebook yardsale groups. As our business grew, we began attending flea markets with my wife, where we met a man from the Amish community who introduced us to the idea of selling cellphone service. With his guidance, we opened our first store inside a flea market on December 15, 2012.

As our business continued to grow, we introduced phone repair services, and my wife started working with me on the weekends while still holding onto her full-time job. However, as our customer base expanded, it became clear that we needed more staff to keep up with demand.
