Established in 2008, AGI Construction is a service-disabled veteran, Native-American minority-owned general contractor and project management firm located in Southwest Detroit. Our team, led by founders Luis Ali and Tanya Saldivar-Ali, is dedicated to strengthening Detroit's design build industry through community development projects, sustainable building practices, and equitable neighborhood engagement.

As a Detroit-based general contractor, we believe that local contractors should have opportunities to contribute to Detroit's 'Built Environment Ecosystem'. We take pride in being from the city, growing our business here before the revitalization boom. Our business model stems from personal experiences and value business mentoring from Detroit leaders, paving the way for us to build for the next generation.
