• Initial Stage: Customer Idea: Our design team will meet with the homeowner to discuss the needs of the family, the homeowners' vision/ideas, and financial objectives as well as the desired schedule for the project. Design ideas are born from our many years of experience!

• Second Stage: Free Quotation: Please contact us today to get a free assessment, second opinion, or quotation on your project. We are uniquely qualified and experienced to advise on cost-effective, practical, and unique solutions for your every need.

• Third Stage: Construction: The project comes to life during the construction phase. Homeowners will meet their construction team and the project will start shortly after all applicable building permits have been approved. During construction, our project manager will provide frequent updates and engage homeowners in any and all intermediate decisions.

• Final Stage: Warranty: Beyond We hereby warrant that all work performed, (or to be performed), is in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents and free from defective or inferior materials and workmanship for twelve months after the date of Completion.
