As part of the MEDA group of companies, Modern Staffing has been a trusted partner in the industry since its establishment in Seguin, Texas, in 2009, primarily supporting a large start-up manufacturing facility. In 2013, Modern Staffing expanded its reach by establishing itself in New Braunfels, Texas, to cater to various client needs, including short-term and long-term direct placement and direct hire requirements.

Joining the Modern Team and Advancing Your Career

At Modern Staffing, we invite candidates to register with us by submitting their resumes either online or in-person. Once registered, candidates will be invited to our office for a comprehensive registration process, including an interview, a critical review, and constructive feedback of their current resume, all provided at no charge or fee. Depending on the role, candidates may need to undergo additional training and testing.

After this process, Modern Staffing's dedicated team will enter candidates into our system, considering positions that match their skill set, personality, and career choice.* Candidates will not be submitted to any position without a Modern Staffing Human Resources Associate (HRA) discussing the specifics of the role with them first.
