Since our establishment in 1983 as Christian Counseling Services of Greater Buffalo, Inc., we have expanded our services and locations throughout Western New York, always holding true to our core belief of providing licensed professional counseling integrated with Biblical principles. We are proud to have become a tax-exempt organization in 1989 and to have changed our name to Christian Counseling Ministries of Western New York in 1997. Our commitment to financial stewardship and compassionate care remains unwavering.

Our Beliefs

At CCM, we believe in:

• The Bible as the inspired, Holy Word of God, inerrant, and infallible, serving as the final authority in faith and life.
• The eternal existence of God in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• Jesus Christ as the begotten Son of God, born of the Holy Spirit and Mary, the Virgin, and being true God and true man.
• The creation of man and woman in God's image, with the original sin incurring both physical and spiritual death, separating humanity from God.
• All human beings as born with a sinful nature, becoming sinners in word, thought, and deed upon reaching moral responsibility.
• The Lord Jesus Christ as having died for our sins according to the Scriptures as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice.
• The resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead and His ascension into heaven, where He sits at the right hand of God, as our High Priest and Advocate.
