Our story began in 2015 when our founder, Executive Chef Shane Tank, decided to form Premier Chef Services. With over a decade of culinary experience and a Bachelors degree in foodservice management from Johnson and Wales University in Denver, CO, Shane had a vision of providing exceptional catering services to the residents and visitors of Martha's Vineyard. Since then, we have grown into a talented team of chefs with strong food industry backgrounds, spanning over a combined 40 years.

We are proud to live on Martha's Vineyard, where we can source the freshest and highest quality local ingredients for our events. We believe in supporting our local fisherman and farmers, and we are committed to purchasing the fruits of their labor and offering them to you.
