Katerina Sorrell, M.A. Counseling

Katerina Sorrell is the founder and CEO of The Professional Counselor, Inc. She has a Master of Arts in Counseling with a specialization in Professional Clinical Counseling from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Katerina is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor #4909 with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, a National Board Certified Counselor, and has her Pupil Personnel Services Credential in school counseling.

Katerina has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in both individual and group settings. She has a passion for helping people embrace healing and hope through a tender, understanding, and compassionate counseling style. Katerina believes that building a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing process, and she strives to create a safe and supportive environment where her clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings.
