Our Story

At Sweet Onion Catering and Craft Services, we believe that food has the power to bring people together. That's why we're dedicated to providing delicious, freshly prepared meals for special occasions, company events, and film/TV/commercial productions. Our story began with Chef Mai, who has been cooking since high school when she started helping with her mother's taco truck in Austin. After attending culinary school and working under experienced Chefs in Atlanta and Seattle, Mai moved to Germany, where she gained valuable experience in European continental cuisine. Upon returning to Seattle, she worked as the Executive Sous Chef at the Bellevue Club before starting her own catering and craft services business.

Our Services

Our breakfast menu features a variety of items, from light to heavy, and is served with fresh fruit salad. For lunch and dinner, we offer a range of options, including sandwiches, salads, and hot entrees. Our craft services menu includes a variety of snacks and beverages, including coffee, tea, bagels, chips, dips, and more. We're also happy to create customized menus to suit your specific needs.
