Our Story
Our founder, Eric Staggers, fell in love with the idea of catering ice cream and decided to take the leap of faith to open his own store, Paradise Ice Cream. After closing down an ice cream franchise store in 1998, Eric developed a homemade ice cream recipe that "wowed" customers, and our client base grew rapidly. Today, Paradise Ice Cream is a family-run business that brings a vibrant and upbeat tropical-themed experience to traditional ice cream catering. Our service is perfect for corporate and residential settings, and we're proud to have served at various events, from youth to professional levels.

Our catering services are designed to bring a unique and delicious experience to your event. We offer a wide range of gourmet desserts, fried treats, and of course, our famous homemade ice cream. Our catering menu is customizable to fit your needs, and our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to make your event unforgettable.
Our Flavors
We're proud to offer over 20 unique and delicious flavors of homemade ice cream, including classics like Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry, as well as more unique flavors like Bourbon Pecan Pie, Berry Delicious, and Coastal Creaminess. Our flavors are made with only the freshest ingredients, and we're always experimenting with new and exciting flavors to add to our menu.
Our Curbside Service
In 2020, we introduced our curbside service, which became an instant hit! Our curbside service allows you to order online and pick up your favorite treats at your convenience. We're open on Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Sundays from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
