Our residential trash service provides weekly pickup using 95-gallon containers that accommodate normal household waste. We accept up to three additional kitchen-sized bags when properly placed. Our drivers maintain consistent service while following specific guidelines for container placement and acceptable materials including bagged trash and flattened cardboard boxes.
Monthly Recycling Pickup
We offer monthly curbside recycling collection through our single-stream program using provided 95-gallon carts. Accepted materials include clean paper products, plastic bottles/jars/jugs, and metal/aluminum containers. Our service requires proper preparation with all recycling placed loose in containers without plastic bags or prohibited materials.
Questions
What are your holiday service schedule changes?
We only delay service for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. All other holidays receive regular scheduled service.
How should I prepare my recycling for pickup?
Place clean, loose recyclables in your provided 95-gallon cart. Do not use plastic bags. Flatten cardboard and cut oversized pieces to fit beside the container.
What household items cannot be disposed through your service?
We cannot accept construction debris, appliances, hazardous materials, vehicle parts, or any non-household waste including dirt, mulch, and propane tanks.
How do I ensure proper trash container placement?
Position containers 1-3 feet from the street curb by 5:00 AM on pickup day. Keep 2-3 feet clearance from obstacles like mailboxes, vehicles, or trees.
