Capitol Construction of the Carolinas was originally founded in 1986 as a family-owned and operated business. Over the years, we have evolved into a full-service general contractor, opting to self-perform the vast majority of our jobs and services with our in-house crew, equipment, and management team. Our close-knit management team, led by CEO/Owner Melinda White, is committed to ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction, with a focus on quality, integrity, community support, customer satisfaction, and accessibility.
