Our journey began with our founder, Matthew Bunn, who grew up working alongside his father and gained valuable experience in the construction industry from a young age. Matt's passion for building and renovating homes led him to pursue a degree in Construction Science and Management at Clemson University. After graduating, he partnered with his parents and brother to build and renovate homes around Lake Keowee. Matt's entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to quality workmanship earned him his Residential Builder's License and led him to establish Safehouse, LLC, a real-estate investment company.
