Level Construction, LLC is a small Boise-based general contractor/construction manager with expertise in remodel, new residential, and tenant improvement commercial projects. Our focus is on giving the customer what they request while providing them with a quality product. We have extensive experience as a general contractor and construction manager. We primarily work with home/business owners on projects that can be very complex and at times challenging. We have found that maintaining good communication helps create a clear scope of work and budget before the first nail is pounded. Then once we are under construction, keeping the customer up to date with the schedule and what to expect next, helps projects flow smoothly, keep on budget, and stay on track.

Meet Our Team

Andy Peterson, the founder of Level Construction, received a Bachelor of Science in Forest Products Business Management from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho in 1990 and has over 24 years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial construction. Starting his construction career as a crew foreman for a commercial concrete company in the Treasure Valley he gained a strong understanding of the importance of starting every project plumb, level, and square. He was also able to construct some complex and interesting buildings during this time. After building his own personal residence 2002, he knew he wanted to get into residential construction as he enjoyed the process very much. Andy managed the building end of the business for a successful local developer until 2007. Since that time he has been involved in remodeling, both residential and commercial, and building custom homes. It is here he found his niche in the construction world. In his spare time he likes to mountain bike, go backpacking, grow a garden, and cheer on the Boise State lacrosse team, where his youngest son is a member of the team.
