What are your vaccination requirements for boarding?
Dogs require Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Cats need Rabies and FVRCP. FELV is recommended but not required for cats.
Can I bring my pet's personal items?
Yes, bring up to 2 toys and a blanket. We provide raised cots but accept personal beds that fit washing machines.
Do you offer medication administration?
Yes, we administer medications at no extra charge. Ear medications require grooming salon assistance for additional fees.
How do you handle special care pets?
Special Care pets receive individualized attention with walks, frozen kongs, and private playtime instead of group activities.
Are there discounts for multiple pets?
Yes, 15% off second dog's rate in same suite. Multiple cat discounts apply for same-household felines sharing a Lobby Suite.
