Oakland Hills Condominiums

Oakland Hills is a thriving community of 136 attached custom condominium homes, located in a serene setting while still being close to all the conveniences of Portage, Michigan. Established in 2006, Oakland Hills was developed by American Village Builders on the site of the Oakland Hills Golf Course, which had closed in 2005. Our community offers a variety of floor plans, with home values ranging from $350,000 to $550,000.

The Clubhouse area at Oakland Hills provides a welcoming space for residents, complete with a great room, conference room, exercise room, and an outdoor patio and pool. The association is managed by a five-member Board of Directors, elected by the general membership, with at least two members elected annually. Additionally, we have four advisory committees - Infrastructure, Landscape, Facilities, and Website - each chaired by a board member.

Our community offers a variety of social activities for residents, including monthly potluck dinners, ladies' luncheons, men's breakfasts, and an annual golf outing. To safeguard the community's future and ensure we maintain our first-class status, we have developed a 40-year capital plan. This plan is regularly reviewed and updated every two years.
