Bonnie Granado, the driving force behind IVEST Real Estate Group, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the company. Her career in real estate spans decades, starting as a property management assistant in 1980. Throughout the years, she has steadily progressed through various roles, acquiring invaluable knowledge and expertise at every stage.

Bonnie's passion for real estate led her to establish her own property management company in 1990, ultimately growing it into a successful enterprise managing hundreds of properties. She further instilled her expertise by obtaining her broker's license in 2002, solidifying her position as a leader in the industry.

Bonnie's commitment extends beyond the realm of real estate. She is an active advocate for fair housing and equal opportunity within the real estate community.

Jesse Granado, REALTOR REO Division

Jesse Granado, Bonnie's daughter, brings a fresh perspective and unwavering dedication to the IVEST Real Estate Group family.

Having grown up around the real estate industry, Jesse developed a deep understanding of its complexities from a young age. Guided by her mother's expertise and passion, she obtained her real estate license in 2005.
