Our History

Landscape Techniques has a long history of creating beautiful and functional spaces for clients across the Tri-State Area. We have worked with top general contractors and municipalities in Bergen, Hudson, and Essex counties, and have completed projects for high-profile clients such as the Liberty Science Center, Liberty State Park, and the New York Public Library.

Our Philosophy

Our design philosophy is to provide our clients with a complete, well-conceived design that is both structurally uncompromised and visually stunning. We achieve this goal through extensive preliminary design study that explores our clients' hopes and desires. We believe that each project is a personal challenge to provide our clients with the most complete, well-conceived, and executed solution to their particular landscape and waterscape needs.

Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Brian J. Koribanick, who possesses a BS in Landscape Architecture from Cook College, Rutgers University and thirty-five years of experience in the landscape industry. Brian is the owner of Centre Ridge Garden Center and Aquatecture Pool and Spa, LLC, and is a Genesis III Associate, the premiere watershape design school. Our team also includes Barbara Testa, who joined the company in 2003 and has completed the New Jersey Master Gardeners Course and spent two years as a gardener's apprentice.
