When you contact us to schedule an appointment, you'll be greeted by a friendly voice who will work to schedule your appointment as soon as possible. On the day of the inspection, a knowledgeable and licensed inspector will meet you at your front door and complete your inspection needs. Our inspectors are always on time and will ensure that your home is left without any mess from our service. We even wear shoe covers inside your living area to keep your home clean.

Once the inspection is complete, your inspector will collect payment and send you your report(s) via email the same night. We can also cc your local agent if you provide us with their email address. Our inspection files are in PDF format and full color, ensuring that you have a clear and detailed report of your home's condition.
